2011-12 Indoor Soccer Registration

  • Friday September 9 (6pm-9pm)
  • SaturdaySeptember 10 (10am-2pm) 

Indoor soccer registration for Belle Rive, Eaux Claires and Evansdale Communities at Evansdale Hall – 9111 – 150 Avenue. Late registration will cost $25 more
Please remember to bring:

  • One cheque for membership ($25)
  • One cheque for registration fee
  • Two cheques for volunteer commitment ($150 each)
  • One cheque for uniform deposit (U8 and up only)($50)
  • Alberta Health Care insurance card (we do not copy or record this information, it is used as proof of insurance and to verify your child’s age).

 

 

Evandale also has a Little Kickers program that's for the little tikes three and a half to four years old. The Little Kickers program is only run in the Spring.
