Come on in and see what all the hype is about!



Do you need any equipment?
Nope! Evansdale community League will supply all the art materials & The Directors Cut brings all of the equipment, including MacBook’s, stop motion cameras, tripods, digital video cameras, and more. Students will work collaboratively in small film crews of 5 to create their blockbusters!! Seating is very limited. Perfect for Kindergarten – Grade 8!

Late Pick Up 5:30 pm

Registration opens Monday January 20 2014. Cost is $30 for community league members and $40 for non-members per day. This includes lunch and two snacks. There are now 3 ways to do registration.

Support the successful Poplar Park Playground fundraising effort! Drop off your bottles at the front entrance anytime this week (Monday Jan. 6 to Friday Jan. 11) and of course all proceeds go to the playground! (We won’t be going door to door this time but will again in Spring!)

NOTE from Poplar Park Playground Chairperson Noela Shields: Today I was hand delivered an envelope from Alberta Blue Cross and I am beyond excited to let you know that we have received $50,000 from their Healthy Communities Grant program to help fund our playground!!!!!

And add to this we raised more than $2,000 from our XBOX 1 raffle and Epicure fundraiser. This brings our total to $5,600 in the last few months from fundraisers. AWESOME WORK EVERYONE!
