BEGINNER BELLY DANCE – Wednesdays 6:00-7:00pm
Designed for those new to dance. Students will learn 35-40 basic movements, gaining a good foundation in Belly Dance and acquiring the building blocks required for other levels if the student chooses to advance. The use of veil is introduced and students will learn combinations and a simple choreography appropriate for beginner level students. No pre-requisites. 
$130 for 12 weeks or $13 per class for drop-in 

BOOT CAMP FOR WOMEN – Mondays 7:30-8:15pm
Hight Intensity Interval Training + Precise, Targeted Toning + RESULTS!! This fun, highly effective program combines two of the hottest trends in fitness today. High Intensity Interval Training (boot camp) works the entire body, conditions large muscle groups, scorches calories and boost metabolism. Barre Fitness (ballet barre) uses precision techniques to isolate and strengthen muscle stabilizers, sculpting and strengthening hips, thighs, abdominals, upper back and arms, improving posture and alignment and preventing injury. It’s the best of both worlds! No previous dance experience required.

GENTLE YOGA – Thursdays 7:30-8:30pm
This gentle yet powerful Hatha yoga program offers everything you need to help you move through life with greater ease. It lengthens and strengthens the muscles, builds bone density, increases range of motion and calms the mind. Excellent on it’s own or as a companion program to more vigorous exercise programs such as running. Suitable for all levels. No extreme poses will be utilized in this program, modifications will be emphasized. Please bring water, a mat and a towel. No pre-requisites.

ZUMBA – Wednesdays 7:15-8:15pm
An exhilarating, effective, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health. Benefits include high caloric expenditure, weight loss, body sculpting, improved aerobic and cardiovascular health and greater self confidence. Choreography based dance fitness class incorporating Latin-inspired movements and music, utilizing the principle of ittermittent training to maximize the effectiveness of the workout. No pre-requisites.
