What is Zumba?

Wednesdays, 7:10pm-8:10pm (start September 21), no previous experience required.  Drop-in or full registration available.

 Belly Dancing

A very popular program! Middle Eastern Dance, more commonly known as belly dance, is considered to be one of the world’s oldest dances. For centuries, women gathered together and danced to celebrate friendship and community life. The dance can still be found at weddings, anniversaries and birthdays today. Here in the west, women are discovering the joy, camaradarie and fitness this beautiful art form has to offer. Participants have noticed improvement in muscle tone, flexibility, posture, grace and confidence, not to mention new friends and a fun evening out. Belly Dance classes run on Wednesday evenings, beginning in September and run for 11 weeks. Both beginner and intermediate classes are offered.

Wednesdays, Beginner Belly Dance 6:00pm-7:00pm, no previous experience required.  Drop-in or full registration available.
